We were founded to take it out of the laboratory and onto the floor where components actually work. Metal often fails at the surface, and crack propagates to sublayer. A shockwave, driven into the metal, places compressive residual stress 1+ mm deep: a cold process, positioned by a standard robot, needing no optical access and no facility modification. It reaches internal surfaces and tool edges other methods cannot.

Part life extended 2 to 24x, the upper figure measured by a customer in a real production environment, not in a laboratory. A component that can be kept should not have to be replaced.
